This also includes the preparation then execution of the scope and along with assisting in client technical queries. Ensure that all work carried out meets the requirements of the companies' policies, Quality System OHSE and NATA Accreditation.<br><br>The expediting of jobs through site as required and the management of all resources so that customer on time delivery can be made. <br> <ul> <li> Running and coordination of team of technicians and carry out site work requirements</li> <li> Provide daily leadership and ongoing strategic direction of the site personnel.</li> <li> Manage or oversee the management of individual projects to ensure time and quality parameters are met</li> <li> Liaise with customers on both technical and general business requirements and establish a reputation with clients</li> <li> Handle and direct complaints to the appropriate department / personnel and be involved in the resolution to ensure complete customer satisfaction is maintained</li> <li> Ensure that all work has been completed, inspected and signed off before passing on to the next operation</li> <li> Prepare and submit quotations to clients</li> <li> Help Field service coordinator on scheduling and invoicing</li> <li> Assist in financial reporting to the PSD by keeping track of revenues and costs</li> <li> Ensure that the scheduled maintenance and care for all equipment and tooling is carried out and records completed. </li> <li> Develop a sound mechanical understanding of various valve and actuator types</li> <li> Develop a sound understanding of the Hydrostatic and Pneumatic testing requirements of various valve types and pressures</li> </ul> <br><br><b> Requirements: </b><br> <ul> <li> Reside in locally in Perth or able to self-relocate (no relocation support) </li> <li> Have the full right to live and work in Australia including offshore</li> <li> Hold a Mechanical Trade qualification </li> <li> Have a minimum of 5 years' experience of valve trouble shooting or flange machining (for Machinist Lead), preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry</li> <li> Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role</li> <li> Sound working knowledge of flange facers, clam shell cutters as well as torque, and tension equipment.</li> <li> Working Knowledge of industrial safety legislation, issues, general requirements and practices.</li> <li> Significant PSV experience </li> <li> Proficient computer skills</li> <li> Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards</li> <li> Good English written & verbal communication</li> </ul> <br><br><b> Application: </b><br> <br> Please apply via this advertisement and upload detailed resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and work experience.<br><br>Only successful applicants that meet the above criteria will be contacted.<br><br>Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
