Civil Field Engineer CPF

<b>Job Summary </b><br> <br> The Civil Field Engineer CPF is responsible for construction of platforms and access roads; of concrete structures and in general, everything that involves civil works, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with the approved designs for construction. Comply with and enforce international standards, procedures and regulations established by the company. Support with their technical concepts, their field inspection and their knowledge to those responsible for the design and issuance of construction plans, prior to the start of execution, during the definition and design phase, so that they conform to the real needs of the projects and the production of the field.<br> <br> <b>Roles & Responsibilities </b><br> <br> QHSE<br> <br> Comply with government laws, policies and standards established by the company, ensuring that all QHSE risks that are part of the operations are identified, understood and mitigated; in addition to dissemination to contractor companies. Management of work permits: Includes review, audits, approval, among others.<br> <br> Operations Integrity<br> <br> Comply with operational integrity standards (Well Integrity, PSIM, SQ, etc). Ensure technical and operational integrity of plans and activities. Evaluate the inherent risks and mitigation actions of the activities under their responsibility. Report all SQ events in a timely manner and with the correct severity in accordance with SLB STD 02.<br> <br> <b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <br> Education: Civil engineer, geographer, architect.<br> Languages: basic English - intermediate.<br> Experience: Minimum 8 years.<br> Knowledge of: geotechnics, topography.<br> Basic knowledge of Autocad, Project and management of Office packages.<br> Experience in the oil industry in positions of direction and/or supervision of engineering projects in the civil discipline.<br> Residence in Ecuador.<br><br>Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
