Consultant Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

Overview Overview of the Opportunity: Our Integrated Risk Management (IRM) professionals provide a broad range of risk advisory services to organizations including implementation of risk management programs, defining risk operating models, business process / technology enablement, development of specialized risk programs (e.g. third-party risk, operational risk, reputational risk), facilitation of enterprise risk assessments, governance diagnostics and more. We assist organization’s understand their strategic risks, and help our clients make more proactive and risk informed decisions. We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our growing IRM department. The successful candidate will be responsible in supporting the planning, execution, and reporting for engagements, working both as part of larger engagement teams and individually with guidance and review from more senior professionals. You'll have the opportunity to work across geographies and industries to take on challenging and groundbreaking projects while building strong relationships with our people and developing professional skills that will help set you up for success. What you will do o Assisting organizations in aligning / integrating their various 2nd LOD programs and processes (e.g. risk, compliance, assurance, business continuity, sustainability) o Designing and implementing various risk management frameworks (e.g. enterprise risk, operational risk, project risk, reputational risk, business continuity) o Developing risk appetite statements, tolerances and thresholds o Articulating and designing risk governance structures for the Risk Function, Management Committees and Board Committees o Conducting risk culture reviews o Implementing / augmenting IRM systems and GRC tools based on business requirements o Facilitating enterprise risk assessments to assist organizations in the identification, prioritization and assessment of key organizational risks o Developing tools, techniques and templates for organizations to use to sustain their IRM programs o Conducting ‘risk deep dives’ for new and emerging areas of concern for the Board and Management o Assisting organizations in out-sourced IRM function efforts (e.g. collection and reporting of key risk information to the Board and Management) o Automating risk reports / dashboards and workflows using Tableau and PowerBI o Managing outsourced Enterprise Risk Management programs – including but not limited to, facilitating the enterprise risk assessments, configuring specialized systems, collecting quarterly risk information, and consolidating risk reports for Senior Leadership and the Board What you bring to the role · You have a strong academic record and excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
