The Web Delivery Team is looking for a new team member that is passionate about driving projects from requirements to production, in an efficient and streamlined way. While managing teams of engineers using Agile. This role is suitable for a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master, looking for a new challenge. That has a strong interest in driving engineering teams using Agile principles and delivering projects that these teams are implementing (planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management), this is the right role for you. This role is the main contact point between the development team and other disciplines such as Business Analysts, other Engineering teams, and Product Management. You will also be empowered to propose improvements on the ways of working, to support our team’s values of Efficiency, Transparency, and Drive for Results. Responsibilities Drive Sprint Agile Delivery for Web Development teams, including Grooming, Planning, Execution, and Go-Live Work with Product Managers, Web Business Analysts, Architecture, UX, and other departments to convert a strategic vision into reality Active contributor to creating program schedules, tracking and reporting progress regularly Communicate to all stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis so they are aware of progress and roadblocks Contribute to improving the Delivery Team’s processes to increase efficiency and transparency Qualifications MSc or BSc in Software Engineering or equivalent 3 or more years of experience in driving technical projects/teams working on a software development team in an agile environment working with JIRA, Confluence, and Reporting tools (excel, tableau, …) running project/team meetings and interacting with stakeholders Ability to participate in discussions about requirements and implementation details of web projects breakdown of technical projects into executable and measurable work streams deal with ambiguity, analyze and solve problems with creative solutions drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment
