Your Role: As a Marketing Specialist for the SolarWinds Middle East region, you will help guide demand generation, customer marketing, and expansion and retention initiatives targeting key personas in all market segments. You will contribute to developing the global go to market strategy to ensure product market fit and develop new customer acquisition tactics, product/solution launches, as well as creating marketing collateral to support your portfolio. You’ll need to pitch your ideas internally and externally. In doing this, you’ll need to be able to clearly articulate not only the strategy that drives your solutions but also be fluent in the numbers that drive your day-to-day decision making. You’ll work alongside product management, marketing, and sales, and interact with finance, operations, and support. You’ll need to be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams with a clear vision that cuts through ambiguity and gets things done. Responsibilities Your Impact: In this role, you will help the marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness, pipe & bookings Assist with event delivery, from scoping to execution, in partnership with internal SolarWinds teams and local agencies Support with event promotion and activation Collaborate with the international marketing team and gain hands-on experience in marketing Report on event performance, including KPIs and ROI Qualifications Your Experience: Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Agile with a collaborative and curious mindset Self-starter, with strong priority management Ability to execute tasks assigned Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and sound judgment Strategic + commercial mindset Analytic acumen Exemplary stakeholder management Understands customer focus Driven to help others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Undertaking a course in a relevant field of study
