This can include repairs, technical support or a field service. You will develop a year plan for its own department. You will be involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.<br><br>As a Lead Technical Support -Cementing, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support. Resolves post sales Technical Issues.</li><li>Presenting to leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.</li><li>Handling latitude in project techniques.</li><li>Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical/petroleum/chemical engineering from an accredited university with 4+ years of experience in Services.</li><li>Have 4+ years of experience in technical support.</li><li>Have strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to influence others and lead small teams.</li><li>Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.</li><li>Have experience in leading initiatives, with effective problem identification and solution skills.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
