WELDING SUPERVISOR

<ul><li>Maintain safe and tidy workplace and processes, by enforcing company and plant HSE rules and policies.</li><li>Ensuring team are properly wearing the required PPE at all times and demonstrate safe working behavior.</li><li>Report any HSE incident and conduct / involve in HSE investigations as needed.</li><li>Perform 6S audits and action item follow up.</li><li>Maintain welder qualification and provide training including competencies assessments to the team of welders.</li><li>Coordinating and managing production process as per quality standard and schedule plan.</li><li>Conduct team coaching and development.</li><li>Ensure equipment used in welding processes is in good condition with valid calibration as per standard requirements.</li><li>Manage weld shop consumables and spending to meet the cost efficiency target.</li><li>Provide daily / weekly / monthly report, including gap analysis and action item follow up.</li><li>Set up proper communication and escalation systems to each level.</li><li>Coordinating and managing the team, including working with various department to achieve all the safety, Quality, delivery and cost target initiated by the company.</li><li>Communicate and conduct best practices sharing and adoption with counterpart, to achieve best processes implementation.</li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <ul><li>Minimum Bachelor degree or Diploma degree in Engineering</li><li>Minimum 8 years experience hands-on in welding engineer position with 5 years in leading a team would be preferred</li><li>Leadership qualities with proven track record and result on safety, quality, delivery and cost</li><li>Possessed communication and negotiation skill</li></ul>
