Maintenance Manager

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Maintenance and Construction Manager to support a key client project in Equatorial Guinea on a 6/6 rotational basis. <br><br> The Maintenance & Construction Manager is responsible for the overall Maintenance & Construction activities across the Oil and Gas Production Facilities. To develop, implement and assure that the Maintenance & Integrity Management Systems and processes for Company are in accordance with Company Corporate Standards / Procedures and aligned with good industry practice to ensure the Oil and Gas Production Facility Safety, Integrity and Performance goals are achieved:- <br><ul><li> Maintenance, Implementation and Assurance of the Company Operations Management System </li></ul><br> Maintenance & Integrity Management Process:- <br><ul><li> Continued enhancement/improvement of the CMMS to ensure an efficient Maintenance/Integrity Program is achieved safeguarding integrity and facility availability in line with the Maintenance Strategy. </li><li> Integrity, maintenance and construction assurance management </li><li> Ensuring the required Competencies are maintained/developed within the department to effect the Maintenance Strategy. </li><li> Planning and budget management focus to drive overall efficiencies. </li><li> Efficient preparation and execution of Project work scopes. </li><li> Development and enhancement of local staff in leadership and technician / craft positions. </li><li> Provides Leadership in Company's Safety program at all levels, providing focus and demonstration of a
