As a trusted technical advisor on the commercial sales team, you will develop enterprise solutions with large key accounts in the Asia region.<br />

As a Customer Success Manager - Bently Nevada, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Developing the right long term condition monitoring technical solution for customers post deployment.</li>
<li>Aligning capabilities to specific outcomes, creates reference architectures, and calculates potential solution value.</li>
<li>Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and where the products or systems will be used.</li>
<li>Spending time with customers at their sites as a valued advisor to drive a proactive maintenance program.</li>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree in Engineering or Physical Science from an accredited university or college.</li>
<li>Have minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Solution Architecture.</li>
<li>Technical knowledge in machine monitoring and condition monitoring.</li>
<li>Customer centric; willing to spend time understanding pain points and resolving it.</li>
