<b>HSE Intern</b><br><br><b>Mission</b><br> <br> The HSE Intern is responsible for supporting local management in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite.<br><br><b>Requirements:</b><br> <ul> <li> Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent professional experience.</li> <li> Good IT Skills.</li> <li> Must be fluent in English and Portuguese Language.</li> <li> Must have a flexible working schedule.</li> </ul> <br> <b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li> Develop managers' awareness and ensure HSE policies and standards are an integral part of line management responsibilities and objectives.</li> <li> Assist line management with: Understanding and Implementing the HSE Management System; monitoring HSE objectives; liaising with local contractors and agencies regarding HSE; assessing local risks; generating local HSE procedures, work instructions and checklists; preparing and monitoring HSE plans that define how the HSE Management System is implemented at the location level; monitoring compliance to policies, standards and procedures; compliance audits and self-audits.</li> <li> Advise management on corrective actions required.</li> <li> Coordinate and participate in screening and HSE training of personnel, including contractors.</li> <li> Keep abreast of new documentation and training material related to HSE and inform management accordingly.</li> <li> Ensure that HSE documentation is updated and available onsite.</li> <li> Advise management on the level local HSE compliance with Schlumberger, local and host country regulations.</li> <li> Monitor and follow up on HSE reports and facilitate LPT meetings and HSE audits.</li> <li> Support line management in investigations of failures and accidents.</li> <li> Maintain a high level of HSE awareness among personnel through communication, training and promoting involvement in HSE programs.</li> <li> Recommend improvements to the HSE program.</li> <li> Review QUEST to ensure that logged data is correct and up to date.</li> <li> Analyze HSE trends for the location.</li> </ul> <br><br><b>Data Management Intern - SIS</b><br> <br> The Data Management Intern - SIS is responsible for assisting in delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable products and services to our customers. The job consults with operations groups as needed to support the area of expertise and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of product and service delivery and formally communicates findings. The Data Management Specialist - SIS actively participates in promoting new technology and services offerings and supports the PL in risk management and applying lessons learned to improve job design and execution as related to the area of expertise. They provide real-time support to operations as required.<br><br><b>Requirements:</b><br> <ul> <li> Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT.</li> <li> Good IT Skills.</li> <li> Must be fluent in English and Portuguese Language.</li> <li> Must have a flexible working schedule.</li> </ul> <br> <b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li> Provide technical support in the area of expertise throughout the Sales and Product and Service Delivery process.</li> <li> Assist as required with the development of technical job designs for PLs.</li> <li> Assist with identifying areas where new and cost effective techniques can be applied.</li> <li> Explore opportunities for value-added products and services.</li> <li> Consult with Design/Technical Engineer role as required to optimize the technical design.</li> <li> Assist in real-time incident response, recovery, and investigation as related to the area of expertise.</li> <li> Assist in evaluating technical viability and overall appraisal of tenders as related to the area of expertise.</li> <li> Remain current on new technologies.</li> <li> Maintain customer visibility through active participation in professional society activities and calls for papers.</li> <li> Understand the competition's technical offering.</li> <li> Participate in external technical societies and communities.</li> <li> Contribute, write and review technical publications.</li> <li> Engage with local universities, Customer institutes and research organizations.</li> </ul> <br><br><b>Facility (Travel) Intern</b><br> <br> <b>Mission</b><br> <br> The Facility Specialist Intern is responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical and other installed systems to ensure cost-effective, safe operation of assigned facility with a view to the long-term preservation of the asset value.<br><br><b>Requirements:</b><br> <ul> <li> Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent professional experience.</li> <li> Good IT Skills.</li> <li> Must be fluent in English and Portuguese Language.</li> <li> Must have a flexible working schedule.</li> </ul> <br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li> Supervise the Facility Management (FM) organization and assist the Facility Manager with Preparation of budget estimates and cost tracking reports; permits and license requirements; contractor selection for maintenance and running of the facility.</li> <li> With Procurement and Sourcing and Legal, provide advice on preparing contracts and negotiating revisions to contractual agreements.</li> <li> Implement quality control programs using LEAN methodology to standardize and optimize facility performance in line with the Global Facility Management strategy.</li> <li> Participate in facility projects to support key FM activities in operations, maintenance, property management, engineering and construction.</li> <li> Plan and direct FM services including facility operating systems, maintenance processes, repair and improvement, custodial services and security operations.</li> <li> Coordinate maintenance activities within the functions and departments to optimize the productivity and utilization of personnel and equipment.</li> <li> Recommend operating methods and equipment to reduce FM costs through new sources, substitutions, improved systems or methods, service quality and safety.</li> <li> Coordinate preparation of contract scope and specifications. Administer the facility service agreements for maintenance.</li> <li> Ensure consistent implementation of standards for clean and tidy facilities and support operations through site-base auditing.</li> </ul> <br><br><b>Petrophysicist Intern</b><br><br><b>Mission</b><br> <br> The Petrophysicist is responsible for assisting in delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable products and services to our customers.
