We are looking for a Healthcare Consulting Solutions Specialist (f/m), who is dedicated to driving sales success and growth by developing customized automation solutions for customers, coaching and mentoring of internal colleagues and providing a conduit for current industry trends to the organization and to stakeholders in respect of efficient workflow. Engage with the customer throughout the automation lifecycle to maintain efficiency of the solution. What are my responsibilities? Pre-sales Operational assessment for prioritised automation prospects. Data analytics, workflow analysis, process observation and mapping, value stream mapping, understanding current and developing future layout, development of the evidence as to solution, feedback to sales and customers Assist with tenders. Answer specific questions that fall within the HCS domain addressing Capacity analysis, Simulation outputs, Configuration rationale, Space planning and layouts, Workforce reprofilingand describing ongoing support through the contract and contact plan Transition management. Delivery of concepts developed at the pre-sales stage, to include improved processes and change management, enable workforce reprofiling, rapid improvement events. Validate the outcome Healthcheck: An assessment of LIS data, dashboard, process checks of automated and non-automated processes at existing customers. Continue findings on to implement rapid improvement events if required Be involved and aid development of new HCS offerings as and when they are developed Support the organisation and running of customer process management meetings Support the visibility of the consulting service at scientific meetings and through published case studies of achievements To aid customer retention by System upgrade consulting Working with sites that are undergoing track extensions or new modules following on from a contract extension or CCN Demonstrates knowledge of customers’ decision-making and buying processes Recognizes and manages customer motives and perspectives that could impact the sales process Understands the overall Siemens Healthineers vision, strategy and portfolio Has a working knowledge of Siemens business operating procedures and policies and how they apply to sales (e.g. complaint handling, training and development, document management, Process House, balanced scorecards, compliance, CRM Sell Process, common sales and CRM tools, proposals) Describes the major product offerings, specifications/technical features, primary applications and service options for all Healthcare Sector products Maintains a broad knowledge of Siemens Healthcare’s product portfolio and describes major offerings, applications and benefits versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products What do I need to qualify for this job? 5+ years professional experience in management/development of complex Projects in services and solutions business (preferably within Healthcare/LifeScience industry) or equivalent higher education with technical and/or biochemical background Proactive mindset and high motivation to drive things forward Structured working mode and strong analytical skills Ability and experience to lead complex projects with involvement of different stakeholders including lab technicians, lab heads, technical functions Strong customer orientation Process oriented with strict adherence to timelines Effective and professional communication and presentation techniques, incl. ability to communicate with senior executives Shows
