We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br> As a <b>Service Delivery Coordinator</b> based in <b>Guyana</b>, you will ensure that we maximize short and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunities. You'll oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our offshore customers. In this dynamic role, you'll coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries, ensuring delivery to our customers. <br><br>As a <b>Service Delivery Coordinator</b> based in <b>Guyana</b>, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li> Following and recording internal Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant environment </li><li> Conduct all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars. </li><li> Ensure the assigned contracts/quotes/orders are fully understood and capitalized upon, coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in iMTJC across organizational boundaries. </li><li> Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements and service quality plan. </li><li> Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes. </li><li> Be familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC/escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients' objectives (examples clients asking for Baker Hughes to operate outside of product specifications, client asking Baker Hughes to execute work in way that is not aligned with the Baker Hughes' SOP...). </li><li> Work as part of a broader technical team to support to customer operations and any Root Cause Investigations by working collaboratively with our Technical Service Delivery Team. </li><li> Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery. </li><li> Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash. </li></ul><br><b>As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to beginning work.</b><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will have:<br><ul><li>A Bachelors' of Science Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred) with +5 years of experience in Cased Hole and Intelligent Production Systems for Deepwater applications.<br></li><li>Ability to be on call outside of normal business hours<br></li><li>Excellent communication skills<br></li><li>Excellent teamwork skills<br></li><li>Thorough mechanical and application proficiency in Baker Hughes DW Subsurface Safety Systems and associated equipment, Intelligent Production Systems such as Production Gauges, Chemical Injection Equipment and Spooling Operations.<br></li><li>Thorough knowledge of Baker Hughes Workshop Process for aforementioned equipment and Managing the Job Cycle Process (iMtJC)<br></li><li>Ability to travel<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
