<b>Lead Directional Driller</b><br> <br> <b>Mission</b><br> <br> The Drilling Engineer is responsible for delivering high quality products and services from a Performance Live Center. They Supervise wellsite crews and provide direction as needed to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD processes to our customers. They have comprehensive oversight of risk management and en sure systematic usage of standard work and risk management.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li> Lead any Directional Drilling Job.</li> <li> Execute service delivery to the customer by taking accountability for each well trajectory & drilling performance under your purview.</li> <li> Obtains the Customer acceptance of the job deliverables.</li> <li> Act as technical expert for all Schlumberger drilling tools within toolstring, ensuring they are achieving client objectives while being run within their design specifications.</li> <li> Practice proactive risk management.</li> <li> Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs.</li> <li> Maintain adequate communication with client representatives, drilling contractor personnel and D&M support staff.</li> <li> Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.</li> <li> Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.</li> <li> Ensure all WCD reporting requirements are fulfilled accurately and on a timely basis.</li> <li> Attend Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.</li> <li> Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.</li> <li> Maintain the required safety training.</li> <li> Provide support to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers.</li> <li> Directly supervise and provide support, training, and instructions to Wellsite Operators (WSO) to ensure consistent Service Quality.</li> </ul> <br><br><b>Requirements:</b><br> <ul> <li> Master/Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent professional experience.</li> <li> Ability to advise and make presentations to customers on products and services.</li> <li> Must be fluent in English Language.</li> <li> Operational experience of 5-10 years in the oil industry.</li> <li> Must have a flexible working schedule.</li> </ul> <br><br>If you are looking for an exciting career in a dynamic international company, rewarding career opportunities and an attractive compensation package, we encourage you to apply.<br> <br> Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer. For more information please visit: company website <br><br><b>Equipment Readiness Lead</b><br> <br> <b>Mission</b><br> <br> The Equipment Readiness Lead is responsible for ensuring equipment packages are prepared and ready for the job at the assigned location. The Equipment Readiness Lead coordinates equipment-related base tasks and prepares and closes phases of the Product and Service Delivery (PSD) process and the job preparation tasks of the Asset Maintenance process. This person communicates equipment configuration requests and additional maintenance to the Technology Lifecycle Management Maintenance Manager and participates in equipment failure reproduction.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li> Manage equipment demand orders (EDOs) and ensure that equipment configuration matches EDO.</li> <li> Verify and prepare equipment at the Product Line location.</li> <li> Arrange third-party inspections.</li> <li> Prepare equipment for mobilization.</li> <li> Complete the Job Equipment Conformance Assessment section of JRI.</li> <li> Support equipment incident investigations, including failure reproduction at the Product Line location.</li> <li> Prepare hand-off and hand-back packages for PSD.</li> <li> Receive and schedule equipment basic maintenance, such as FIT, TRIM, SLS1.</li> <li> Prepare and manage critical spares in accordance with the equipment demand order.</li> </ul> <br><br><b>Requirements:</b><br> <ul> <li> Master/Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent professional experienc</li> <li> Function | TLM | Quality Control.</li> <li> Ability to advise and make presentations to customers on products and services</li> <li> Must be fluent in English and Portuguese Language</li> <li> Operational experience of 5 - 7 years in the oil industry.</li> <li> Must have a flexible working schedule.</li> </ul> <br><br>If you are looking for an exciting career in a dynamic international company, rewarding career opportunities and an attractive compensation package, we encourage you to apply.<br> <br> Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
