Digital Customer Relationship Incident Response Coordinator

Job purpose The Incident response coordinator is responsible to lead incidents related to Digital Customer Relationship scope, ensure War Room are held in accordance with incident response process, lead containment and remediation action plans and report incident statuts to Digital Risks Leaders and management. The incident response coordinator support both Digital Risk Leaders operating on Digital Customer Relationship (DCR) scope, focusing on the risks identified in the Risk Register as: R1: Field Services Operatuons & Remote Customer Support R2: Customer Staging & Project commissioning R8: Customer Operations R9: E-commerce payment card, PCI-DSS R10 (partial) Data privacy, retention & residency “Digital Customer Relationship Incident response process coordinator” is responsible for process adherence in terms of incident response and making sure that stakeholders complete post incident reviews, detailing root cause, recommendations and areas for improvement to feed into continual improvement lifecycle. What will you do? Incident response capability reinforcement. More precisely: Focus on incident response, containment & remediation following incidents Facilitation in enforcing process adherence in terms of Incident Response (IR) Prepare status report shared during the monthly capability review Root cause analysis (RCA) and management debriefing: Drive the root cause analysis completion with relevant Practice Digital Risk leaders (DRL) and regional CISO Organize debriefing sessions on P1 incidents with relevant Practice leaders SE Digital, Business, operational & global function leaders Lessons learnt & corrective actions Share and monitor actions resulting from lessons-learnt from cyber security incidents (these reported in the monthly capability review by the assigned owner) Report the delayed actions in due course to Global CISO and relevant senior management Remediation plan follow-up Coordinate execution of action plan by their respective owners as agreed in the Root Cause Analysis document shared with leaders Incidents dashboarding: Govern consistent incident categorization into P1, P2 and P3. Track incident changing nature with documented justification by the Regional CISOs and practice DRL Prepare associated periodic and ad-hoc dashboards, focus items of P2 What qualifications will make you successful? Work experience needed: Min of 4 years’ experience Education: Business or Engineering School Appetence for Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity topics Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): English: blingual; Personal abilities or skills: Proactive, autonomous, ability to work in a virtual & international mode, results-driven, communication skills What's in it for me?
