Mechanical Fitters (Onshore - Fremantle)

<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Wood is currently recruiting for WA-based <b>Mechanical Fitter / Pipe Fitter with fire fighting experience</b>. This is a short-term, casual opportunity working on fire system upgrade project working on site (onshore) based in Fremantle .<br />
<br />
Wood delivers brownfields engineering, procurement, construction, optimisation, and technical services to the oil and gas sector and enjoys long-term partnerships with some of the region&
39;s most prominent producers, actively supporting operations in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Kazakhstan.</p>

<li>Role requires you to be available for a Wood induction mid August 2022 in Perth</li>
<li>Shifts will be 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday for approximately 4 - 6 weeks</li>

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b><br />
<br />
<b>You will be an Australian citizen or hold Permanent Residency (PR) and able to work lawfully in Australia. </b><br />
<br />
You will require the following and all tickets must be current if you are to be considered:</p>

<li>Construction White Card</li>
<li>Previous experience using vitolic fittings</li>
<li>Working at Heights (WAH)</li>
<li>Relevant Trade Qualification</li>
<li>A proven commitment to HSE</li>
<li>Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.</li>
