<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Great new opportunity to join this well-known publishing house as EA to their CEO. Based in Central London (3 days in the office with two days remote) this is a comprehensive business support role which offers huge amounts of variety in a really interesting, fast-paced working culture. It would suit someone with excellent business acumen and previous secretarial/ support experience ideally in publishing, and with a sound understanding of the publishing industry.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You will be the primary point of contact for the CEO, working right across the business, attending meetings and strategising on how to manage the CEO's time effectively.&nbsp;</p>
The role entails full EA support including</p>
<ul>
Proactive and extensive diary management</li>
Managing correspondence including inbox management and drafting and proof-reading correspondence</li>
Preparing and co-ordinating internal meetings, taking and distributing minutes and ensuring all actions and correspondence are implemented</li>
Undertaking research on new projects</li>
Providing editorial assistance from time to time</li>
</ul>
We are looking for someone with:</p>
<ul>
<li>Superb communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels</li>
<li>Excellent time management &amp; organisational&nbsp; skills</li>
<li>Great attention to detail</li>
<li>Previous PA/ EA experience at senior level ideally within publishing or creative companies.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
