PRODUCTION AND SAFETY SUPERVISOR

<ul><li><b> Lead a production team to meet operations KPIs of safety, quality, on time delivery and cost effective </b></li><li><b> Provide guidance to the team technician </b></li><li><b> Drive process improvements through the usage of CMS and Lean Six Sigma tools </b></li><li><b> Ensure a production team safely use and maintain machine tools, equipment per procedure and work instruction (WI) </b></li><li><b> Ensure safety guidelines and standard strictly implemented in shop operation </b></li><li><b> Provide guidance to technicians in various manufacturing functions and ensure a team to perform a good quality production </b></li><li><b> Manage day-to-day production to optimize resource and achieve on time delivery and best productivity </b></li><li><b> Ensure the smooth workflow of the shop by managing the manpower through responsibilities assignment and schedules preparation for the team </b></li><li> Work to continuously improve in all areas to be in line with plant's objectives and KPIs </li><li><b> Implement and maintain shop production standard per CMS Elements: SFDM, 6S, TPM, A4 problem solving, ESP, RIE, SMED </b></li><li><b> Perform coaching and counselling for employees to improve shop performance </b></li><li><b> Chair toolbox meetings, objective setting and performance review for the team </b></li><li> Other duties as assigned </li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <ul><li><b>More than 5 years hands on experience in a manufacturing environment</b></li><li>Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent preferred</li></ul>
