Quality Engineer

Responsibilities Plan and maintain the process and product quality based standard requirements or any regulatory/customer requirement. Plan and conduct process and product audit Follow up closure for any Corrective Action Compile and conduct analysis on any customer complain To drive relevant function for improvement Plan, coordinate and directly involved in preparation activities for customer audits. Plan and organize companywide activities to enhanced and cultivate quality awareness among all company employees. Participate actively during NPI and provide complete validation before proceed to Mass Production. Responsible for any additional task as required by superior. Qualifications At least 3 years of working experience in PCBA manufacturing field. Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing Discipline or any other equivalent In-dept understanding in Quality Engneering and Failure Analysis Understanding of ISO 9001, Internal Audit skill and reporting Understand of problem solving technique such as PDCA Cycle, QC tools, brainstorming technique and etc would be advantage OSI Systems, Inc. has three operating divisions: (a) Security, providing security and inspection systems, turnkey security screening solutions and related services; (b) Healthcare, providing patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology and anesthesia systems; and (c) Optoelectronics and Manufacturing, providing specialized electronic components and electronic manufacturing services for original equipment manufacturers with applications in the defense, aerospace, medical and industrial markets, among others.
