EIT Application Manager - Kinaxis

Mission: Act as the primary point of contact for the business and Global BRM to: Responsible for coordinating a team of Developers, Application Engineers and Architects. Other responsibilities include the design of architecture of complex software systems, often using several technologies. Manage demand, define service strategy, portfolio, and roadmap for the Service ensure agreed services are being delivered to requirements & business end user expectations and satisfaction levels are met Manage globally service TCO What will you do? Globally accountable for the Application from strategy to operations, cybersecurity, GDPR and application landscape optimization. Defines the Application strategy, work with Business stakeholders to identify IT demand, prioritize and approve them. Define roadmaps for the Application evolution, is accountable for the delivery of related programs/products in line with expectations. Manages Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and pricing. Communicates cost information to Business stakeholders and coordinates actions to improve cost. Define the Application performance levels & continuous improvement in line with desired business outcome. Defines the data flows consumed by the application and follow the Data Governance practices Understand at global level the service architecture and cost for each of the Regions / country, to serve as input for roadmap definition (rationalize/optimize/dismiss) Understand and negotiate Service Level requirements with business users, and work with Platform / application owners for implementation Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations & monitor service performance and satisfaction levels; Act as the primary connection between service delivery and the business. Provide a uniform approach to the way in which customer feedback is handled and resolved What qualifications will make you successful? Skills in Supply Chain & IT (APS and/or ERP and Kinaxis) Project Management Business & financial acumen Communication / consulting skills Collaborative worker with a positive attitude in a multicultural and global environment Ability to communicate with client business, technical resources, and management Strong expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project University degree, preferable in IT & Supply Chain – Business school or industrial engineering school Proficient English level. Spanish & French is a plus. Availability to international travelling as required 10% of the working time Availability to work remote when required or to adapt to other time zones What's in it for me?
