As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for supporting the Benelux Field Sales team in preparing quotations, order handling/documentation for the bid and technical customer support. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be part of the Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Sales team with a reporting line to the Sales Director Benelux. Your main responsibilities: Serve as a first point of contact for our customers while demonstrating the ability to professionally manage customer telephone calls and emails to ensure excellent communication and coordination with the sales team First line technical support of internal and external customers on the CEAG product range Manage inside sales activities such as preparation of quotations, order handling, documentation for the bid and technical product support Constant follow up with customers on quotations to secure orders for Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Business Organize workflow effectively to meet customer timescales Strive for continuous improvement to achieve team goals hence providing an improved service to customers Operate in accordance with the Eaton quality assurance manual and operating procedures Act as a member of the Benelux Inside Sales Team working closely with all Sales and Customer Service functions also on a European level to achieve the agreed upon team budget Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Intermediate Technical School or Secondary Technical School An advantage is a broad understanding of technology within the area of expertise (electrical products for hazardous and industrial applications) Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a customer-oriented job Proficiency in Dutch and English (oral and written) Solid knowledge of SAP, MS Office and CRM practices Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Highly motivated personality What we offer you: Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, part time etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations, check out with the site HR what type of flexible working solution is available for this role.
