The Web Delivery Team is looking for a new team member that is passionate for driving projects from ideas to production, in an efficient and streamlined way. In this role, you will be responsible to manage the project’s requirements lifecycle. You will work closely with: Business stakeholders to intake their ideas and requirements. Program Managers to support project and teamwork planning. Development teams to support these ideas implementation. Responsibilities Supporting Program Managers, Product Managers, and teams during breakdown of projects into smaller requirements, and drive their lifecycle. Manage Requirements Lifecycle: Intake, Analyze, Specify, Support Implementation, Control Requirements and Support Go-Live. At the Intake Phase of requirements, BA clarifies the request with stakeholders and understands the proposal's goal and context. At the Analysis stage, BA must: collaborate with stakeholders to validate the value of requirements and BA’s understanding of requirements; Investigate the feasibility of the requirements (may collaborate with senior dev team members). At the Specification stage, BA must: transform the initial request into actionable items for the Dev teams; document and represent the items in grooming sessions. During the Implementation of the specifications, BA must support the team by clarifying any questions and providing additional information when needed. Before the new functionality is Live, the BA Controls: if the Implementation meets the business goals and requirements by performing User Acceptance Testing and a handover session to stakeholders. As part of Go-Live activities, BA validates the success of the deployment for their specific requirements. Proactively identify opportunities and improvements based on analysis of SWI Web Sites, Systems or Web processes. Identify and propose opportunities to improve user experience in SolarWinds Web Properties; Provide feedback on User Experience during project initiation; Champion the user during the Requirements Lifecycle, in particular during the Specification of requirements and Implementation stages. Qualifications MSc or BSc in Marketing, Management, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience. Basic understanding of SEO, and Web User Experience best practices. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of related work experience Work experience in a Web development context Analyzing user behavior data, making conclusions, and summarizing findings; Designing user experiences for Web Ability to drive discussions about requirements and implementation details of web projects breakdown of technical projects into executable and measurable activities analyze and solve problems with creative solutions drive effective teamwork and communication
