We are looking for a highly committed: Junior Plan Analyst based in Zuchwil (Permanent) Overview As a part of the Global planning team, you will support the Supply Network planning and inventory optimization processes from supply sources to Primary Hubs. You will facilitate the balancing of demand with supply to offer the best product availability with optimal inventory levels. This incumbent assumes leadership responsibilities for the Manufacturing Plants and acts as single point of contact for regional connectivity & communication. Focus will be on supporting the improved inventory visibility through the propagation of supply plans and supporting the team to reach the highest level of performance. Further responsibilities and duties are Participate in the global supply network planning replenishment planning strategy. Assist the supply closed loop process adaptability to enable supply communication through the translating the information between the demand and supply. Support the strategic collaboration and operating model with cross-functional partners. Monitor distribution center inventory optimization and improve inventory visibility. Assist the improvement of supply reliability and customer happiness via exception management process. Monitor performance metrics (Backorders, OTIF, Sets deployment, Inventory targets, Order Management, etc.). Partner with Product Management/NPI Planning and other business partners on new item launches. Support Process Improvement initiatives and SOP and Work Instructions adaptability. Support the monthly Demand & Supply Reconciliation S&OP forums. Assist inventory entitlement management and excess & obsolete inventory cleanup. Collaborate with colleagues within the organization by using effective communication and presentation skills. Build positive relationships, considering varied perspectives & different styles. Has an interest in global Supply Chains and the Medical Devices industry, systems and tools & how to master them. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree 1-3 year(s) of related business experience Minimum of 6 months of work experience in Supply, Demand, and/or Inventory Planning Good understanding of ERP systems (JDE, SAP, or APO). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Alteryx and Tableau. APICS, Green Belt, and Project Management Certification.
