You will have the opportunity to solve interesting and complex problems while utilizing the latest technology<br><br>As a Wellsite Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Working under minimal supervision on day-to-day work by following instructions on wellsite activity</li><li>Evaluating work upon completion to ensure objectives have been met</li><li>Assisting in providing wireline logging and services at the workshop and wellsite</li><li>Carrying out shop foreman duty, maintenance of equipment and assisting in actuating the logging equipment</li><li>Conducting all business activities in accordance to company HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and core values</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Diploma education or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Technology or related technical / engineering fields</li><li>Be compulsory to have offshore rig and rigless experience</li><li>Need a minimum of ten year experience as wireline operator/ specialist</li><li>Experience as wireline shop foreman and wireline cable maintenance</li><li>Have ability to organize, assess, prioritize tasks, milestones and deliverable</li><li>Be a good team player with the ability to work independently</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
