Project / Maintenance Engineer

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a site-based Project / Maintenance Engineer to form part of our Offshore Projects/Maintenance team in Sale, Victoria. Reporting to the Delivery Lead / Maintenance Manager, the ideal candidate would act as the main client interface and manage a team to deliver EPCM services. Experience with management of fast-tracked project delivery and working with previous oil and gas service providers would be preferred. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b> <br><ul><li> Manager offshore modifications projects and maintenance campaigns with an EPCM delivery team and subcontractors from scoping phase through site execution to close out </li><li> Stakeholder engagement and management </li><li> Statement of Requirements throughout the phasing of the project from concept, detail design, and site implementation </li><li> Implementation of the company quality management system for the project </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Bachelor Degree in Project Management or Engineering </li><li> Offshore O&G Industry experience essential to the role </li><li> Experience with Maintenance Management, Planning and Coordination will be viewed favourably </li><li> Prior field engineering experience working closely with Construction and Maintenance teams will be looked upon favourably </li><li> SMP experience valuable to the role </li><li> Previous experience in a role of Project Engineer and /or Maintenance Engineer leading a multidiscipline team </li><li> Demonstrated supervisory and administration skills necessary to organise and lead a team, and provide on-going status reports to the senior management team </li><li> Demonstrated strong commitment to safety </li><li> Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral </li></ul><br> Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role. <br><br>If you're an experienced Project / Maintenance Engineer, ready for your next project, then we are keen to hear from you today. <br><br>Apply now and take the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity! <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
