The Pitch The CRM team is at the heart of customer engagement. It plays a central role in a number of initiatives. Its mission is to help business teams adapt their practices in a rapidly changing world. CRM administration, data stewardship, marketing automation, solution developments are among our daily tasks. To consolidate this close-knit and dynamic team of about ten people, we are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Project Manager. The Role We are looking for an experienced candidate whose main mission will be to work with the Local and European teams to co-build a CRM that is always more adapted to our needs. Someone who will show leadership to convince of the need for development or adoption of a feature. The CRM & Marketing automation team also has its share of projectsand initiatives that requirethe talents of an organized project manager. The candidate's daily life will oscillate between the coordination of the person in charge of the administration of the CRM, the follow-up of the Europe roadmap, the implementation of the functionalities at the local level and the projects. Qualifications Required Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with leadership, and fluency in oral and written communication. Someone with a strong sense of organization and with the ability to manage various topics. Someone with an understanding of the technical issues but definitely business-oriented. At least 2 significant project manager experiences related to CRM/marketing automation are expected for this position.
