The Graduate Engineer will be expected to observe, learn and contribute to engineering activities listed below relating to the design of subsea production systems, services and offshore equipment meeting relevant company and engineering standards.<br />
<br />
As a Graduate Engineer, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Creating work packs for delegation, reviewing detail drawings, creating test procedures, and leading small teams</li>
<li>Creating layouts, specify functional components, evaluate stack-ups, create assembly procedures, support manufacturing, undertake basic calculations</li>
<li>Interpreting customer engineering specifications to produce layout, detail and assembly designs and specifications</li>
<li>Creating detail, fabrication, and assembly level drawings to ASME Y14.5 standards and format</li>
<li>Modifying and create 3D models and drawings to manufacturing standards for &
39;Pro-NC&
39; manufacture using company protocols and parametric practices</li>
<li>Identifying improvements in existing products, procedures and processes and develop cost effective solutions to satisfy specifications</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar engineering-based discipline</li>
<li>Have good oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Have good interpersonal and leadership skills</li>
<li>Have good problem solving skills</li>
<li>Be fluent in English language</li>
<li>Have ability to work effectively with team members and show professional approach to changing work demands</li>
<li>Have good knowledge of materials, including welding and heat treatment of metals</li>
