Role: Architect 12+ years of experience on core end user technologies. Expertise in overall End user stack technologies – AD, DNS, DHCP,DFS and SCCM. Hands on design and solution experience on Endpoint device management, software management, OS distribution and management, software distribution, File and print services (Cirrato) and collaboration tools. Expertise in VDI(Citrix), mobility, end user experience monitoring tools (Nexthink), O365, Cloud data management. Experience working with MDM/MAM tools – MS Intune. Experience on cloud technologies and migration to cloud service (Azure). Experience in methodologies on various end user migration approaches based on user profile. Excellent communication analytical and interpersonal skills. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving P1/P2 issues.
