Change the future with us… You are responsible to provide IT solutions, services and platforms to fulfill the business needs of finance with a special focus on reporting, analytics and planning. This comprises: Requirement engineering with various business stakeholders Transfer business requirement into leading edge IT solutions Design, develop and deploy planning solutions mainly in the financial area Design, develop and deploy predictive forecasting by using appropriate algorithms and meaningful influencing factors Support business processes with the smart use of AI technologies Develop concepts and execute the migration from on-premise into cloud solutions Leading projects in the area of financial planning and data analytics and reporting or participate in project in various roles, e.g., product owner functional expert, architect, developer Manage and coordinate operations What you need to make real what matters: University degree in IT or Business Insights related field Professional experience of 5 or more years in Planning and Reporting (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, SAP IP, SAP BPC, SAP ABAP, SAP HANA). Experience in modelling and designing of Data Warehouse, ETL processes and reporting Knowledge on HANA Studio (SQL/Java Script), experience in cloud technologies Practical experience in collaborating with business stakeholders, experience within the area of Accounting / Controlling / Closing process Deep knowledge in ERP upstream system, especially in the modules FI and CO Ability to learn and adapt to new environments / contexts / applications Strong data expertise (modelling, analytics, prediction, simulation, AI/ ML) and profound background in digitalization technologies is highly valued Project management skills – Agile mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to work in a multicultural team Strong engineering/ analytic skills, experience in leading BI projects Experienced in planning processes, especially in the financial area Business value and customer focused, as well as goal-oriented professional with innovative thinking and attention to detail and a team player.
