LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile University degree, preferably in Psychology Min 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in an international environment Good labour legislation knowledge Great ability to partner with managers, employees, providers, HR professionals. Oriented towards results and people English – advanced level Strong accountability with good project management skills Team player and independent Your responsibilities Trusted HR advisor for managers and employees Manage the performance management process; provides support and guidance to managers and employees in individual development plans Identify training needs, recommend trainings, enhance communication with employees on learning topics Analyse proposals, maintain the relationship with the training providers. Communicate the global development programs and initiatives within the local organization and gain adherence from target groups Provide support in succession planning. Active involvement in implementing the employee opinion survey at local level, communication, presentation and analysis of results, follow-up of action plans Organize training sessions and deliver presentations on various HR topics (new programs launching, new initiatives etc.) Provide input and guidance on local HR processes. Collaborate with managers to boost performance and retention throughout the teams. Identify employee engagement programs.
