PLANNER

<ul><li>Manage, coordinate, and monitor the Engineering Revision change throughout the process until completion for all the value streams in the plant.</li><li>Establish, measure, and adjust limits or levels of capacity to meet future business demands.</li><li>Drive supply-demand match and mitigation plans for capacity gaps, as well as what-if scenarios to support decision making on the execution strategy of an Engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing environment.</li><li> Manage all engineering revision change from the point of trigger until completion for engineering to order business environment.</li><li>. Liaising with respective dept. to implement the change and ensure rework is completed as per the latest revision requirement</li><li>. Establish and run weekly reports on revision change progress and completion.</li><li> Coordinate with various departments and perform in-house capacity planning activities for all product value streams in Plant.</li><li>Support Master Scheduler with Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and perform Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) effectively.</li><li> Manage and maintain all system parameters required for accurate formulation of capacity and load data.</li><li>Perform detailed analysis of capacity-load charts on weekly basis, identify gap(s) and formulate plan(s) to manage balance of demand and supply.</li><li> Liaise with relevant supervisors and managers to review, discuss and communicate the engineering</li><li>Change and capacity-load status on regular basis Collaborate with Engineering team, Supply Planning Team, Material Planning Team as well as Production Planning Team to identify improvement opportunities and deliver strategic and tactical plan(s)</li><li>Provide accurate and timely input to Plant Supply Chain Team to facilitate management of Buy requirements.</li><li>Initiate the Make-Buy Variation Form and be the main contact point for any deviation needed from the initial execution plan(s)</li><li>. Analyze existing processes and identify process improvement enhancement where applicable.</li><li>Ensure compliance to all guidelines and ensure optimal utilization plan for all applicable resources.</li><li>Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies</li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <ul><li>2-3 years experience as a Planner in a well-established MNC.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Management or any related field of study.</li></ul>
