Job Summary Amentum is seeking a Cook on Andros Island, Bahamas to work as part of a close knit team, as well as independently, to accomplish a range of functions as you support AUTEC. As a member of the team you will: Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items. Cook small quantities of quickly prepared food such as steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, salads and other similar items. Adhere to food preparation and safety standards. Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Must be a citizen of the Bahamas. Two years job related experience in food services industry. Must have ability to read, interpret and apply instructions, publications, and safety rules.
