Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Technical Standards, Related API Standards and Work Place Instructions. <br><br> Conduct on-location job quality control testing. <br><br> Supervise on location to ensure proper execution of successful jobs according to design and client specifications. <br><br> Supervise the Cementing/Coiled Tubing/Stimulation crew personnel. <br><br> Assist service delivery effort by assisting district Equipment Operators and Service Supervisors with issues relating to product application. <br><br> Collaborate with Distric Engineer/Operations Coordinator on the tracking of the maintenance and certification of the Cementing/Coiled Tubing/Stimulation equipment. <br><br> Collaborate with District Engineer/Operations Coordinator on the tracking of the spare parts and materials of the Cementing/Coiled Tubing/Stimulation operations. <br><br> Interface with customers in relation to products, procedures, and equipment in a positive manner. <br><br> Maintains and repairs Cementing/Coiled Tubing/Stimulation equipment as needed. <br><br> May assist in writing and reviewing job procedures and or recommendations to enhance daily labor and material efficiency. <br><br> Present monthly performance reports as requested by supervisor. <br><br> Proactively participate and encourage all field personnel to participate in the HSE management system by reporting all unsafe acts and hazardous situations. <br><br> Maintain quality control of well site technical applications while providing technical support to clients and crews. <br><br> Provide mentoring, direction and training to subordinate Service Supervisors and Equipment Operators. <br><br> Develop the pre-job design and real-time analysis of Cementing/Coiled Tubing/Stimulation jobs. <br><br> Communicate details and directions in a clear and coherent manner . <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li>Min 5 years experience within a similar field</li><li>Experience of NOV Cement pumping equipment is essential</li><li>Must have a background in cementing</li><li>Stimulation experience would be advantage</li></ul>
