If you would like a central role in a web project team, this might be the opportunity for you. You will be part of a team that specializes in delivering Web Marketing projects, for example changes to websites like www.solarwinds.com . Our team is very diverse: We are based in multiple locations: Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Ukraine, and USA. Some of us have a management background, others are more technical. Note that at this an Associate level position, we expect to provide you with the necessary training and support for you to succeed and help you develop managerial, technical, and soft skills. Responsibilities Project Initiation Identify and document high-level objectives, impact, benefits, and risks of the project; Drive project thru internal intake/kick-off process; Project Planning Review business requirements, and drive the definition of project scope; Create a detailed plan and schedule for the project using JIRA; Project Execution Support Delivery managers during implementation, by providing inputs for planning, contributing to prioritization, and communicating with project stakeholders; Monitor and Control project progress, and work with Delivery Managers to take corrective actions; Manage issues and risks of projects; Consistently provide project reporting to stakeholders. Qualifications MSc or BSc in Marketing, Management or equivalent; Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence; as project management tools; Experience in: Proposing and Initiating projects for the Web; Drive Delivery of Content Management projects; Cross-Team collaboration (Development, Marketing Managers, SEO, and Creative teams); Working closely with Agile teams; Building relationships with diverse stakeholders; Competencies, Skills, and Values Be open and transparent during discussions Ability to problem-solve and find compromises Can-do attitude and Action-Oriented Interest in learning and demonstrating curiosity
