We are now looking for a brilliant Demand Planner for our Consumer Division. About the Job: Build a consensus driven demand forecast with commercial teams ensuring full volume and value alignment. New statistical forecasting models to develop base forecast. Lead weekly AMET region STEM Process. Weekly local trade customization planning, supplier management in artwork/packing Complete full root cause analyses and build mitigation plans for key issues impacting performance Lead an effective product life cycle through the activities to clear residual and slow-moving stocks with commercial teams. Key collaborate with sales and marketing regarding stock and product availability, promotion feasibility, scenario planning and contribution to the business planning process. Master data maintenance in SAP R3. Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have: University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration Experience in a similar position; preferably in demand and supply planning Co-packing experience is a must Preferably at least 3 years supply and demand planning experience Business Oriented and Critical Thinking Strong quantitative & analytical background Sophisticated command of MS Office especially MS Excel proficiency Attention to detail and quality focused Excellent social skills Proficiency in spoken and written English language Encouraged leadership imperatives LIVE OUR CREDO Demonstrate and inspire the behaviors that reinforce Our Credo.
