Build effective and enduring business relationships with key customers/ stakeholders. Covering marketing activities, with responsibility to drive performance and develop operational strategy of NSPH product portfolio as a product manager. Ponvory의 론칭 및 마케팅을 담당하며, Neurodegeneration portfolio (inc. Nipocalimab) 의 중장기적인 성장 전략 수립을 리딩하고 실행하는 역할을 하게 됩니다. [Responsibilities] 1. Define, drive and oversee the launch planning and execution of Ponvory upon regulatory approval on Nov 2022 by ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. 2. Find the opportunity of Multiple sclerosis by establishing brand plan, effectively manage neurodegeneration portfolio including Nipocalimab. 3. Accountable for delivering the neurodegeneration & neurology portfolio business sales, market share, and profitability to meet or exceed budget targets. 4. Define, develop and implement short and long-term strategic marketing plans in line with regional & global marketing strategy. Monitor market trends, sales and product performance, conduct regular reviews against plans and take corrective action as required. 5. Support strategic portfolio development activities for the business. Work with the global, regional and country teams to support commercial assessments, new product development, forecasting, product in-licensing and lifecycle management. 6. Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with customers (e.g. physicians, key accounts, KOLs) to support medical and commercial activities in alignment with compliance guidelines. 7. Responsible for the budget and financial performance, ensure alignment to all Ethics, Risk & Compliance policies and manage key processes. [Requirements] • PG25 and above. • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with diverse experiences in sales/marketing & enabling functions. • Proven leadership, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, demonstrating ability to drive collaboration across teams, and support prudent risk-taking with high integrity standard. • Ability to leverage knowledge of marketplace and competitor landscape translate them into clear short term and long-term strategies. • Self-driven with proven track record of innovative approach and learning agility and effectiveness of working with various stakeholders in a matrix organization • Good communication skill both in English and Korean.
