Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the Pacific Hub Execution Centre in our Power Systems Business as a Project Manager in one of our Australian offices. The role is an integral part of our delivery strategy and is responsible for the delivery of successful outcomes for our customers. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing small project teams using both internal and external resources to deliver integrated Schneider solutions to clients. Projects range from small to medium electrical distribution packages including but not limited to MV, LV, Power Solutions and Renewables. What will you be doing? Deliver small to medium complexity projects with successful outcomes for both the client and company Manage the design, implementation, testing and delivery of projects for builders and electrical contractors Manage and coordinate local and offshore manufacturing facilities Deliver projects using our well-developed Customer Project Process, whilst delivering high quality outcomes for our customers Communicate project progress regularly to our customers and internal stakeholders Maximise profitability of projects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction Manage stakeholders effectively and driving improvements in collaboration across the value chain Ideal Candidate You are someone who gets excited by innovation and collaboration You are a highly driven and confident professional who wants to work for a values-based organisation whose solutions are leading edge You are focused, collaborative and passionate about the work that you do You have Project Management experience, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes to customers and stakeholders and delivering projects on time and on budget You are curious and passionate about technology, and have experience in the energy management industry You can provide sound commercial insight while at the same time demonstrating the capacity to exceed customer expectations Your well-honed organisational and time management skills are complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills The above guides the application criteria, but it is equally important that you are hungry to learn and willing to challenge and be challenged.
