Are you looking to gain practical experience before moving on to Initial Teacher Training?<br /><br /> Our partner school in Haringey are looking for an exceptional First-Class Chemistry Graduate to join their Chemistry department as an academic mentor for a September start.<br /><br /> For this role as a Chemistry Graduate, you will have obtained a minimum 2:1 Chemistry degree from a top 20 UK university and have fantastic Chemistry subject knowledge. Previous experience working with KS3/KS4 would be an advantage but is not essential.<br /><br /><ul><li>Minimum 2:1 Chemistry degree is essential</li><li>Previous experience working with KS3/KS4 would be an advantage</li><li>Opportunities to remain in post or to progress on to Initial Teacher Training</li><li>&pound;20,520.00 pro rata, paid weekly on a PAYE basis</li><li>Monday-Friday, 8:30-4pm - Full Time</li></ul><br /> Your role as a Chemistry Graduate will see you work directly with the school&rsquo;s great Science department as an academic mentor. You will be working with pupils who are both the most abled to those less abled including students with SEN, ensuring that each student is treated in a supportive and inclusive way. This role would be great for any Chemistry Graduates looking to build up their practical knowledge before progressing on to Initial Teacher Training.<br /><br /> The school are a high achieving school based in the Haringey area who are looking to hire a Chemistry Graduate for the next academic year. The school has easy access links with a small walk from the nearest over ground and tube station.
