Johnson & Johnson is currently looking for a People Experience Ops JR Analyst located in Bogota, Colombia. Execution of various tasks in People Experience area, especially employee data management in Workday and other HR systems connected to employee life cycle management. The position will focus mainly on complex cases and cases that require local presence or partner coordination. Ensuring a flawless experience for PxOps customers when using the GS services and will support the implementation of the new ways of working in Colombia. Responsible for supporting continuous improvement projects, HR data analyzes and extensive focus on customer happiness. Responsible for guaranteeing adherence to the defined processes when engaging with the various end users (employees, managers, other GS and BU departments, suppliers). Bachelor in HR, Legal, accounting, Operations, Finance, or elated business fields 2-4 years of related experience Service Center experience, HR and/or Payroll Service Center preferred Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills required. You should have attentions to details. Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
