We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory, Management Consulting team as a Senior Consultant Full Time working in our Management Consulting practice in Toronto starting in Fall 2023. Positions are available in the following service lines:   –      Operations –   Customer –      Finance Transformation –     Enterprise Performance Management Click here to learn more about KPMG Canada's Management Consulting Service Lines.   Operations The Operations team at KPMG supports clients in the Financial Services sector (Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance, Private Equity, Pensions), the Public Sector and the Technology, Media and Telecommunication sectors with a range of services: strategic planning, growth & omni-channel strategy, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, process improvement/redesign, cost optimization/value realization and accounting/regulatory change programs. As part of the Operations team, you will help clients perform current situation assessments/diagnostics, visioning/target state design as well as develop roadmaps and support implementation.   Customer The KPMG Customer network has developed some of the best CX and Digital tools, methods and frameworks anywhere. Our expertise consists of designing the most relevant client experiences and omnichannel strategy that are aligned with the business context. Our projects are about understanding strategy, technology, design and process through the lens of a digital experience. Finance Transformation An effective finance function needs to be aligned to the business strategy and should provide agile financial analysis and insight to support corporate decision making, while also meeting legal and regulatory requirements as a given. With a global network of professionals working in KPMG member firms around the world, Finance Transformation collaborates closely with CFOs and other finance leaders to help maximize the finance function's performance and empower them to become insightful business partners. We focus on a variety of areas surrounding our “Finance of the Future” vision to drive strategy and implementation across finance operations optimization, target operating model redesign, financial technology transformation, and regulatory compliance transformation.   Enterprise Performance Management The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice works with finance functions to empower them to become more insightful and true business partners.  We are trusted advisors in budgeting, planning and forecasting, close and consolidation, reporting and analytics with a particular focus on implementing technology solutions to enable these processes. What you bring to the role Senior Consultant Senior Consultants usually join Management Consulting with significant work experience, coming from an MBA, PhD, MD, JD or other advanced degree program. Senior Consultant are expected to be able to come into the Management Consulting team and immediately make a significant impact. Those coming from undergraduate degrees or master’s degrees with less than 2 years’ work experience should consider applying for the Consultant position. For all service lines: You have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field. Candidates graduating between December 2022 and August 2023 should apply. You are a highly motivated individual, enthusiastic about taking on a variety of challenges and opportunities You have strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity; demonstrated ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse group of clients and colleagues You have strong problem solving and analytical abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure You have an entrepreneurial drive, and are a creative problem solver You have a strong academic record from your undergraduate or master’s degree You are able to support general project management and oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of objectives and engagements, asset development and other initiatives.   All applications must be received no later than Sunday, July 3 at 11:59pm ET.
