Your Role: As a SolarWinds Lead Recruiter you will create and execute against Internal and External Branding activities supporting Talent Acquisition and help us scale our people first Culture. Successful candidates will have experience taking initiative, be creative, driving, building partnerships globally and cross-functionally, are experienced internal communicators, and earn trust with their customers. This person would be obsessed with iterative and continuous process improvement based on customer feedback. Responsibilities Support our EMEA Sales and Technical teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels. Utilise various sourcing strategies and platforms to attract the best talent to our hiring teams Take ownership and drive the full end to end recruitment process, from stakeholder management through to offer negotiation and contracts Act as a mentor and help guide recruiters where required Bring in industry best practices and leverage new ideas to provide a best in class candidate experience Utilize global analytics to leverage data and metrics by standardizing reporting for visibility to all aspects of the program to include total hires, diversity metrics, cost, retention, and intern conversions Participate in various internal and external talent branding activities in order to partner, educate and create advocacy around our benefits, programmes and hiring activities in order to grow year over year Qualifications Bachelors / Masters / MBA. Specialization in HR or recruiting preferred Strong program management and stakeholder management Self-Starter, Innovator and Experimenter Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional work experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR field Experience in hiring Tech Talent across Europe a distinct advantage Experience in Hiring high volume in Software industry advantageous Technically Savvy and Hands on knowledge of key tools, ATS, MS office - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power-point Strong & Assertive communication, Inter-personal and Presentation skills, Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate to work and grow in the early career recruiting space
