<p>Closely partnering colleagues in HR, you’ll give our people the skills to lead their own change with confidence. You’ll also work closely with customer-facing teams to understand the user experience and develop strategies to enhance the way we deliver services, interact with people, and ensure best practice and best value for money.</p>
<p>To join us, you’ll need a good knowledge of behavioural science and considerable flair in the art of persuasion. Already an experienced change professional, with deep understanding of organisational development, you’ll be looking for a bigger canvas to create a brighter, bolder future. And you’ll bring the insight to question the way we work and the imagination to find new solutions to age-old problems.</p>
