<p><strong>About the Summer Internship</strong></p>
<p>The summer internship program introduces students to many facets of financial services. Interns learn about the firm and the industry as a whole while working alongside teams of experienced professionals.</p>
<p>During this 3 month internship program, interns will round out their experience by participating in social, networking and team building events. More specifically, our interns have direct access to senior management through our Leadership Speaker Series and will participate in practical hands-on projects and industry specific training. Interns also participate in programs focused on giving back to the community.</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>The Technology department is responsible for the design, deployment and support of core systems and technologies used by internal users and clients.</p>
<p>The team works to seamlessly integrate enterprise hardware and software products with the company’s internal systems and manages ad-hoc and franchise-wide IT initiatives worldwide.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To develop and support new and existing in-house software to progress the expansion of the business</li>
<li>Work alongside developers to automate manual business processes</li>
<li>Create management dashboards and reports</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Development of C
applications using .Net Framework and .Net Core.</li>
<li>It would be advantageous to have knowledge of scripting languages such as Powershell or Python</li>
<li>Understanding of relational database management systems.</li>
<li>Experience with Structured Databases (Microsoft SQL Server) with the ability to create tables, queries and stored procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to analyse scenarios and develop robust, fault tolerant and scalable systems.</li>
