<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>

<p>Responsible for electrical and instrumentation technology management, organize and solve professional and technical problems in the production process; Organize the preparation of technical regulations and management systems for electrical instrument equipment, review the maintenance of electric instruments, annual overhauls and shutdown maintenance plans, and organize the implementation of the plans; Responsible for reviewing the electrical instrument material procurement plan; Responsible for organizing the technical exchange, selection, signing of technical agreements for electrical instrument equipment, participation in bidding, procurement, supervision, factory acceptance, etc</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>According to the industry design specifications and the actual production needs of oil and gas fields, review the telecommunications design drawings of engineering construction;</li>
<li>Responsible for the preparation of professional bidding and bidding documents for telecommunications according to the needs of the department and the project;</li>
<li>Responsible for the professional inquiry and quotation of project telegraphy, and cooperate with the calculation of operating costs;</li>
<li>Proficient in the installation and commissioning process of the telecommunications system of oil and gas field, familiar with the parameters, performance and use of related equipment;</li>
<li>Responsible for the preliminary equipment, instrumentation, electrical technology exchange and selection evaluation;</li>
<li>Responsible for participating in the negotiation of the pre-process package of the device, the basic design, the design coordination and review of the detailed design;</li>
<li>Responsible for participating in the equipment, instrumentation, electrical procurement negotiations, assisting in the equipment, electrical, instrument materials to expedite and quality inspection;</li>
<li>Responsible for participating in the management of engineering construction orders, responsible for formulating maintenance operating procedures and safety management systems for various types of equipment, electrical and instrumentation;</li>
<li>Responsible for the equipment/instrumentation/electrical work in the production preparation stage before the start of the plant; Responsible for the preparation and revision of technical regulations, device inspection and maintenance programs;</li>
<li>Responsible for the joint commissioning and commissioning of equipment in the completion and acceptance of the device, and the maintenance and management of dynamic equipment/static equipment/electrical/instrumentation after the device is put into operation.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualification</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Familiar with national and local laws and regulations on safe production, environmental protection and other aspects and the relevant rules and regulations of the company;</li>
<li>Familiar with petrochemical production and other related equipment and management processes;</li>
<li>Familiar with petrochemical production, electrical, instrumentation expertise;</li>
<li>Master the electrical and instrumentation professional technical specifications and standards in the petrochemical industry.</li>
<li>Master DCS, PLC and other automatic control software operations;</li>
<li>Have certain independent judgment, decision-making ability and project management experience;</li>
<li>Can understand drawings, bidding technical documents, with the ability to prepare construction plans, bids, etc., with a certain communication skills;</li>
<li>Have good organizational and coordination skills, planning and execution capabilities, teamwork capabilities, innovation capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, good professional ethics and professional ethics.</li>

<li>Bachelors degree in Electrical, instrumentation, automation related majors</li>
<li>More than 5 years of work experience, with design experience in the land petrochemical industry, and with certain construction experience; Need to go abroad to Iraq, with foreign project work experience is preferred.</li>
