(Hybrid)</strong> <br /> <br />- Reports to: Head of Finance <br />- Salary: £40,000pa - £43,000pa <br />- Staff Management: No staff management is required <br />- Hybrid Working: Flexible working/Hybrid <br />- Interviews: Please apply immediately. The client would like to set up interviews ASAP <br /> <br /><strong>Job Details </strong><br />- Produce the group management accounts pack, including variance analysis and commentary, for senior management and board of Trustees within set deadlines <br />- Produce the monthly management accounts and transaction listings for budget holders within the International Resources and Governance & Legal Services teams. <br />- Provide support to the above budget holders during the annual budget and the quarterly reforecasting processes <br />- Lead on the collation of information to inform the quarterly Organisational Performance Review process, covering both group and affiliate entities. <br /> <br /><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong> <br />- Produce the monthly management accounts and transaction listings for each budget holder <br />- Work with the Financial Accounting function to ensure that the management accounts are accurate to minimise the need for any adjustments and reallocations <br />- Perform and document monthly variance analysis and undertake other analysis or tasks as required <br />- Provide support to budget holders during the annual budget and the quarterly reforecasting processes <br />- Coordinate the production of the group management accounts pack within set deadlines <br />- Produce the group commentary after taking into consideration month end commentary from all country offices, for review by the HOF <br />- Assist with the monthly variance analysis for the group management accounts and undertake other relevant financial analysis or tasks as requested by the HOF <br />- Provide support to Country Offices as and when required <br />- Carry out other ad hoc tasks as required by the HOF and Global Director of Finance and Resources, and Global Leadership Team members <br /> <br /><strong>Essential </strong><br />- Strong experience in preparing monthly management accounts <br />- Strong experience in producing budgets and forecasts <br />- Strong time management and organisational skills <br />- Strong written and oral communication skills <br />- Strong attention to detail <br />- Pro-active, will identify improvements to producing reports (whilst taking business needs into account) and increase efficiency within the department <br />- Advanced knowledge of Excel <br /> <br /><strong>Qualifications</strong> <br />- Part qualified or newly qualified accountant with a UK-recognised CCAB body, or QBE</p>
