T3000 Commissioning Engineers

<p>We are currently looking for candidates for one of our major clients whose mission is to empower their customers to meet the growing global demand for energy while transitioning to a more sustainable world. How? Their innovative technologies, extensive energy experience and an ambitious strategy to decarbonize global energy systems are all central to their efforts to be the partner and driver of the energy transition.</p>

<p>We are looking for a candidate to help with the commissioning of a 671-MW simple cycle power plant for the Libyan capital, Tripoli.</p>

<p>The Tripoli West simple-cycle facility will comprise a power island equipped with four sets of Siemens SGT5 PAC 2000E gas turbines and SGen5-100A air-cooled generators. Each unit will have a rated power of 187MW.</p>

<p>The Role is for an I&amp;C Commissioning Engineer (Gas Turbine) with T3000 experience for their Service and Digital department who will have a strategic vision and the leadership to drive growth for this service business, in which to build trustful customer relationships.</p>

<p>Requirements</p>

<p>&middot; Having worked for Siemens previously would be advantageous</p>

<p>&middot; Gas Turbine I&amp;C Commissioning</p>

<p>&middot; Experienced with T3000 system, ideally with GT Governing</p>

<p>&middot; English Speaker</p>

<p>&middot; Siemens T3K knowledge and Siemens&
39;s equipment</p>

<p>Overview</p>

<p>&middot; Duration: Minimum 4-6 Months but likely to be extended</p>

<p>&middot; Location: Libya</p>

<p>&middot; Rate: Competitive Hourly Rate Dependent on Experience</p>

<p>&middot; Work Hours: 200-240 hours per month</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>

<p>&middot; I&amp;C and DCS commissioning based on T3000</p>

<p>&middot; Commissioning of Siemens gas turbines SGT 5-4000F &amp; SGT 2000E based on Simadyn D/SPPA T3000 system</p>

<p>&middot; Adjustment of control Valve, ESV &amp; IGV</p>

<p>&middot; Setup and monitoring of Flight Recorder and Argus system</p>

<p>&middot; Gas turbine start-up and start-up optimization, Fuel optimization and Synchronization</p>

<p>&middot; Over speed, Load rejection and Frequency</p>
