<b>Partner with the best </b><br />

The Technical Field Specialist to assist in the development and monitoring of specialized chemical applications for his Downstream Chemical division. The candidate for this position will assist Baker Hughes Account manager in all tasks related to his activities with our customers and particularly in monitoring various industrial chemical programs (fieldwork, laboratory testing and data collection &amp; interpretation).<br />
<br />
As a Technical Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Performance and reliability monitoring of various industrial chemical applications</li>
<li>Collection of samples and operational data at our customer sites</li>
<li>Various laboratory work</li>
<li>Data processing and analysis</li>
<li>Inventory management of various specialty products</li>
<li>Supervision/audit of hazardous material delivery</li>
<li>Participation in the development and economic justification of technical projects</li>
<li>Manage and supervise temporary chemical treatment (when needed)</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>College or university diploma in a field relevant to the position (chemistry, industrial/process engineering or chemical engineering)</li>
<li>Serious commitment to health and safety at work</li>
<li>Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)</li>
<li>Ease of working in the laboratory</li>
<li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proactivity, autonomy and resourcefulness</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Fully fluent in French and intermediate level English required</li>
<li>Work schedule flexibility (if needed)</li>
<li>Good physical condition</li>
<li>Be able to work at height</li>
<li>valid driver&
39;s license</li>
<li>Experience working with hazardous materials</li>
<li>Experience working with pumps, tanks, pipes, hoses and fittings</li>
<li>Work experience in an industrial / petrochemical environment</li>
<li>Fully bilingual (French and English)</li>
</ul>
