The opportunity Our Marketing team in the Montreal office has an exciting opportunity. Our team, dedicated to fueling and supporting our firm’s growth, is looking for a Marketing and Partnership Advisor to better deploy the full breadth of our offering to existing and future clients. As part of a dynamic and agile team, you will primarily support our professionals in the design and delivery of marketing initiatives as well as in developing and maintaining an active network of business partners. What you will do Develop and negotiate new partnerships Maintain and optimize relationships with existing partners Ensure rigorous monitoring of the actions provided for in the partnership agreements (communication, ticket and table management, events, visibility) Set up a system to monitor the results related to the various actions Write and prepare an internal monthly newsletter Support various marketing initiatives including the creation of presentations and promotional documents, the organization of external events as well as the creation and sharing of content; Develop, update and improve support materials for in-person and virtual client meetings Complete research for information and content to support the creation of marketing tools Update tracking systems to optimize the impact of the team and better measure results Stay abreast with best practices, tools and other resources both externally and within the firm Collaborate effectively with various teams: event management, graphic design, communications and proposals What you bring to the role Expertise in partnership management Proven experience in developing marketing tools that deliver results Team player with strong relationship building skills Project management experience Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and French At least 5 years of experience in a marketing team or agency University degree in business administration, marketing, communication or another relevant diploma.
