Our team provides valued services to the business by ensuring that warehouse activities are performed in accordance with global standards.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>You will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/repair parts and equipment as part of a services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure.<br><br>As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Maintaining an efficient material flow for outgoing goods and material handling on yard. Packing and shipping of containers according to NOG 116 and to ensure traceability of the goods.<br></li><li>Packing, marking and shipping of goods in compliance with Statutory Laws, Regulation and Baker Hughes Quality and HSE Policies and Procedures.<br></li><li>Carrying out transactions in company ERP system, Oracle.<br></li><li>Handling materials according to customer agreement and procedures.<br></li><li>Packing and un-packing containers/baskets on yard.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have Oil and Gas or other relevant industry experience.<br></li><li>Have a Forklift certificate T1, T2, T4, & T8.<br></li><li>Have good English both written and verbally.<br></li><li>Have completed Packing Course NOG116.<br></li><li>Have completed a certificate or apprenticeship in Logistics.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
