As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be providing high-quality maintenance services to our customers at their field locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You will contribute to the success of a large team that plays an integral part in our business.<br />
<br />
As a Workshop supervisor, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Ensuring that all HSE procedures are followed at location</li>
<li>Ensuring Load-out and load-in of equipment / materials are completed timely and in compliance with internal processes</li>
<li>Adhering to the requirements of the Quality Management System</li>
<li>Managing the workshop inventory, materials and stores</li>
<li>Keeping the local facility in date with certification: cranes, racking, electrical tooling, rigging, ladders, accessories and DG license</li>
<li>Setting daily objectives to the workshop team and help prioritising tasks when workload requires. Ensure objectives are met and support / address issues whenever required</li>
<li>Maintaining certification of Equipment, Instruments, hoses, spools and Iron in compliance with the standards from Company, its client and the regulator.</li>
<li>Supporting preparation, implementation of, and adherence to base policies</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have 5+ years&
39; experience in Maintenance / Pre-commissioning and Facility Management</li>
<li>Have a High School Diploma or GED and relevant forklift experience</li>
<li>Have good knowledge of of certification processes and Load-out/Load in process</li>
<li>Demonstrate an excellent hands-on attitude/mindset</li>
<li>Have ability to effectively interact with site management, field operations personnel and internal/external stake holder</li>
<li>Show Desirable knowledge in ERP software (Oracle / SAP), Office, Maximo or equivalent certification management software&
39;s.</li>
</ul>
