Digital Marketing Manager

J&J Philippines Inc. is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager Role, located in Manila, Philippines. In this role you will execute online and digital marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and organic search), affiliate marketing, social media, and digital amplification, drive traffic and generate sales. It will be meaningful to collect and translate ideas into profitable, promotional marketing campaigns and orchestrate and complete online promotions. You will be responsible to also conduct analysis for program efficiency, uses the findings for market site improvements and to demonstrate optimization of all programs. A strong working with the corporate marketing team to accelerate existing marketing initiatives and develop new ones will be expected. Key Responsibilities: Co-lead brand digital executions across Paid, Owned, and Earned Channels Provide expertise and guidance to brand marketing teams in digital analytics and performance marketing Co-manage internal collaborators, agency and digital partner relationships in driving digital innovation, measurement, and analytics Strongly integrate with the Ecommerce team as well as offline customer teams to drive Ecommerce and O+O growth Leadership in digital strategy ensuring optimal process and function, across the digital ecosystem and achievement to digital quality metrics Drive digital transformation and upskilling of the brand marketing team into digital champions, while ensuring the digital team's focus on innovation and early adaptation Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in communications, technology or marketing Brand or digital marketing experience across top FMCGs is preferred Media or digital agency experience required Digital media vendor, startup, or tech developer experience Facebook Blueprint Certification will be beneficial as well as Google Digital Guru Certification and IMMAP - CDM certification English, Filipino business level language required Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements and other customary conditions and approvals.
